This week i have finished every bit of html that is possible with what i have on this computer right now. i have decided on the colors and changes to make to the slideshows and done them on the ones i have finished. i found the css to stretch backgrounds and wrote that for each page. now the only work that i have left on this site is related to pictures, and a lot of that is done just not in school yet.
i finished changing the slideshows settings and made sure my entire website flows correctly as of now. i need to work on getting the domain name now. since i plan on actually making another website for something out of school so i need to find somewhere where i can buy two domains at once. plus web hosting.
i have been working on the slideshows at home and going through pictures and also took some pictures this week. but there hasn't been anything to do in school until i get some more done at home and find a way to easily get all of that work onto my computer here. i have also been checking for domain names and how to get one and where to get it and how much it will cost and all of that.
this week i finished my press release, hopefully it is all correct, since my project is so different than the rest it is always hard to know if i am doing everything right. but it is done. i found out last week that i won't actually have a domain for my website and it will just be on the MAST server for a little while. i guess this makes my job easier in some way but it is really disappointing to have thought that i would have an actual website this whole time then find out that i was wrong. it's all good. i haven't shot anything in a long time. either i don't know about events, i don't have my camera, or i have prior committments when there are things i might benefit from shooting. it's starting to really dawn on me that there is no way i can have all the picture i originally and recently planned on having. although i don't see much of a problem with that i am sure that it will be one and will have to face it when it is time. that's pretty much all that has been going on in with my project lately. but on the picture front, i have been very preoccupied with shooting for wrestling and the newspaper/writing columns for it so i haven't done anything with the pictures for school in a while. it shouldn't be too hard though.
in the past week i have completed everything possible at this point for my website. aside from putting in one slideshow, and finishing my homepage. okay so it's more like 90% done. but still. i made all the slideshows, edited the rest of my slideshows and fixed all my html this week. now i have started my own personal website.

my website is finished for now. we had the presentations during which my homepage was criticized. but my projects is basically done.
